Discovery of the charming cloister of Salles Arbuissonnas, built during the 12th century, before a stop in Vaux en Beaujolais, a typical village, more known with the nickname "Clochemerle".

He inspired the writter Gabriel Chevalier for his famous novel with funny characters (1934).

 

You will enjoy a wine tasting in a cellar before the lunch in the village.

 

Your afternoon will be devoted to the discovey of the Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones).

 

This region offers a soft and warm atmosphere : the castles, the perch's villages, the chapels and communals sink for washnig clothes built in a stone, yellow and ochre, reflected by sun.

 

You will appreciate different villages of the Pierres Dorées like Theizé, Jarnioux....

 

Stopover in the medieval village of Oingt for a walk throughout the picturesque alley lead to superb view of the vineyard.

 

Oingt is classyfied as "Plus Beaux Villages de France " (nicer village of France).

 

A winegrower will welcome you at his winery to discover his work and product with a wine tasting in his cellar.

 

End of the day, come back to Lyon.
